Demonstration & weblogs
A weblog is a “content manager system” allowing researchers and research technicians to report directly from their experiments in the field or in the laboratory to a webpage on the Internet.
In other words a weblog can be described as a sort of electronic diary, where photos and short texts about the experiment can be found.
It is very simple but still, it opens new possibilities for communicating experiences from the research.
Furthermore, the system makes it possible to engage users in a discussion about the experiment.
An example can be found at this weblog on long-term crop rotations.
When new weblogs are set up, an announcement will be made in the news briefs.
