Early booking rate prolonged
The organisers have prolonged the early booking rate until 20 December. After this date the late booking rate will apply, meaning a substantial increase in the booking fee.
Standard rates
The standard rates apply to all participants who are not a small-scale producer.
Assisted rate places
The assisted rates are reserved smaller food producers and processors
Late booking
The late booking price applies to bookings received after 5:00pm on the 10 December 2004 (new deadline).
The deadline for registration is the 17th of December.
Cancellations
Refunds are at the discretion of the conference organisers. We will consider making refunds for cancellations received before the 17th of December at a rate of 70% of funds received.
Accommodation
Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Value added tax (vat)
All prices include 17.5% VAT. If you are a business and you can reclaim these taxes, include your VAT number on the booking form.

Terms for the use of assisted rate
Please note, that the assisted places scheme is designed to broaden access to the congress, and enable smaller food producers and processors to attend the conference.
There are a limited number of places available (between 50 and 60% of places at the conference are reserved for assisted places), which will be allocated on a need basis and to be considered you must therefore fill in an application form, which is to be found at the bottom of the booking form.
The conference organisers reserve the right to adjudicate eligibility of assisted places. Only applications, which come with assisted rate payment up front, will be considered. If you are not successful, the standard delegate rate will apply and we will contact you to request additional payment or offer re-imbursement.
