Delphi Study panel to improve
organic food processing

As a part of QLIF subproject 5.1 on organic processing strategies a Delphi enquiry is to be carried out.

A Delphi enquiry is a procedure that allows a group of experts to participate, jointly but anonymously, in defining and analysing a complex problem or issue.

The purpose of the present inquiry is to identify challenges and possible solutions with respect to food safety, consumer demands, satisfactory shelf lives and changes potential future organic standards.

App. 200 experts from all over Europe have been asked to join, but your opinion is welcomed to.
